Every account has a written scope of work. The scope lists each area, each task and the frequency. The price is fixed to that scope. If the scope changes, the price changes — but only after a conversation and only before the change takes effect. There are no surprise line items.

The same crew cleans your facility every time. This matters because an unfamiliar crew misses things a regular crew would not. They do not know which storage closet has your cleaning supplies, which tenant has a do-not-disturb policy after 9pm, or which floor section gets heavy forklift traffic and needs extra attention. Consistency is not a luxury; it is how quality is maintained.

What We Do Not Do
Some of these are worth stating plainly:

- We do not lock clients into long-term contracts without a quality-exit clause.
